Interior/Exterior Remodel - Holloman Air Force Base – Architect of Record – 8,463sf: Interior and exterior remodel of office space including new fire alarm and fire suppression system. The Interior remodel consisted of upgrading all finishes, reorganize office spaces, upgrading all plumbing and electric fixtures. The exterior remodel consisted of new windows, new roof, and new split face block veneer. Phases included: construction documents, specifications book, construction administration and as-builts.

Restroom Remodel – Holloman Air Force Base – Architect of Record – 9,705sf: Interior remodel of office space and restrooms as well as upgrades for the plumbing system and all finishes upgraded as part of this project. Phases included: construction documents, construction administration and as-builts.

Interior/Exterior Remodel – Holloman Air Force Base – Architect of Record – 29,850sf: Ceilings, lighting and exterior building skin repair and upgrade. Phases included: construction documents, construction administration and as-builts.

Parking & Roads Repair – Holloman Air Force Base – Architect of Record – repair of three streets and new construction of two parking lots. Phases included: as-built construction documents.

Interior Remodel – Holloman Air Force Base – Architect of Record – 10,134sf: multi-story building: Upgrade/Repair building for life safety. Phases included: construction documents, construction administration and as-builts.
